What payment methods do you accept, and is COD available?

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or pay-upon-arrival options; all orders require full payment before dispatch.

Where do orders ship from and how long will delivery take?

All orders ship directly from our China Warehouse. Delivery to Australia typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal handling.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is only 1 unit. You can order as few or as many items as you need.

Will I receive a tracking number for my parcel?

Yes, once your payment is confirmed and your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your shipment.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@alibarbar-vape-store.com within 48 hours with clear photos/videos, and we will promptly assist with a replacement or resolution.
